It has come to our attention that a fraudulent online application “华科智能线上投融APP” (“the Fraudulent APP”), purportedly to be the official online application of the Company, has been launched to engage in illegal fundraising activities. Wealthink AI-Innovation Capital Limited (“the Company” )would like to stress that the Fraudulent APP is not launched or operated by the Company, nor is the Company connected or otherwise related to the Fraudulent APP. The Company takes this matter seriously and has made a report to the Hong Kong Police Force.
